American General-branded companies including American International Group Inc. (AIG) and American General Life and United States Life, insurance and financial services and affiliates announced recently the opening of a bilingual call center as a step towards meeting multinational needs in the U.S.
The new call center will feature Spanish-speaking agents available to speak with policyholders and help keep them informed without the worry of language barriers.
