The Wilmington Del.-based company has been "very successful" at winning contracts for supporting sales and customer service programs for various Fortune 500 companies and will be in an aggressive hiring mode for its Tucson center at 3875 N. "The Tucson site has been very, very successful, and we're very pleased with the work force down there," McCoy said. "We're really excited about bringing several hundred more jobs into that facility."
