Cincom's Synchrony Wins Best in Show

Provider of hosted contact center solutions, Cincom, announced recently their Synchrony unified agent desktop solution was chosen for a "Best in Show Award".
Synchrony is a customer experience management solution that offers call centers a way to better serve customers and enhance productivity levels for their agents via a simplified desktop. Offering agents easier access to tools, the simplified agent desktop combines applications, resources and systems so engagement with the customer is easier.
The award was presented at the Call Center Demo & Conference Orlando 2006 to participating companies whose products and services demonstrated dedicated excellence in providing solutions for the industry.
According to a recent news release, editors of Call Center Magazine and International Customer Management Institute especially praised the Synchrony offering for its "Synchrony Central, which is a “command center” that provides quick access to all of the configuration tools, monitors and reports from a single desktop, through a single sign-on."
The news release also noted this as Cincom's sixth award for the Synchrony solution in three years.
