ITIntegration, manufacturer of contact center solution the ObServer Platform joined forces with NMS Communications, a mobile applications and infrastructure provider to launch a new call center solution in Brazil.  Backed by ECIL Informatica, a telcom, energy and automation leader in Brazil, the project gives Brasil Telecom (News - Alert) a boost in the Latin American market with the support of NMS.
 
Based on ITIntegration’s Observer Platform, the call center solution offers interactive telemessaging as well as other features for call center functionality.
 
The Observer Platform offers flexibility in the construction of new applications, as well as a reduction of costs and increased scalability. The structure allows for easy adaptation to any environment and is easily integrated with legacy systems. According to ITIntegration, the platform is completely customizable.

This partnership gives Brasil Telecom the ability to offer speech-driven services to customers.
