Avaya Rates Call Recording Solution

VirtualLogger (News - Alert) is a call recording and quality monitoring service provider company. The company announced that its call recording engine is compliant with Avaya (News - Alert) Aura Communication Manager 5.2 with Avaya Aura AES 5.2 server from Avaya. Avaya is a global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.


The VirtualLogger call recording engine and other contact center productivity applications help businesses carry recording and quality monitoring initiatives to improve agent productivity and customer satisfaction. The application is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 5.2 with Avaya Aura AES 5.2 server.

Jim Veilleux, CEO of VirtualLogger said that the company is pleased to achieve compliance with the Avaya Aura platform since many of the clients use Avaya Communications Manager and AES server technology. Jim added that Avaya compliance provides the clients with a complete integrated recording environment to get their communications infrastructure.

O’Currance Teleservices is a company which deals with telesales. This company gets benefit from the interoperability of the VirtualLogger Call Recording Engine and Avaya solutions. BJ Vander Linden, VP of Information Technology said that VirtualLogger fits well with O’Currance Teleservices providing the high levels of service that the company provides guarantee to the customers.

VirtualLogger is a member of the Avaya DevConnect (News - Alert) program which is an initiative to develop market and sell innovative third-party products that interoperate with Avaya technology and extend the value of a company’s investment in its network. VirtualLogger being a program’s Gold member is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. A team of Avaya engineers develops a test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant.

Eric Rossman (News - Alert), vice president, Developer Relations, Avaya said that companies like O’Currance Teleservices are expanding the choices available to Avaya customers. Eric added that with a broad selection of standards-based solutions that are compliance-tested for interoperability, businesses can use communications in their operations and make critical information readily available to clients and employees.
