BPO 'The Results Companies' Announces New Growth and Expansion

For companies looking to efficiently and cost-effectively service their customers, one smart way to go is with a BPO, or Business Process Outsourcer. The idea is to let someone who’s an expert in the field take over this critical part of your operation to maximize ROI, and keep customers happy.

So it should come as no surprise that TRC has announced plans to expand its Virginia operations to include a contact center in Martinsville, Virginia.

“The new state-of-the-art facility, due to open in January, will bring more than 500 jobs to the Martinsville area and allow the company to accommodate current and future growth needs for exceptional customer service operations to their largely Fortune 500 Partner base,” the company said in a statement.

“The Results Companies is excited to partner with the Martinsville community and provide its residents the opportunity to be part of our global family,” added Daniel Dougherty, VP of Operations for the company. “With its diverse and talented workforce, we firmly believe Martinsville will be instrumental in our future success delivering the exemplary service our Partners and their customers have come to expect from The Results Companies. It’s our goal to become the employer of choice in Martinsville and a valued member of the community.”

That news comes on the heels of word that TRC also recently announced plans to add over 400 employees to its contact center in Paris, Texas. The workforce expansion will begin immediately and allow the company to accommodate current and future growth needs for exceptional customer service and sales operations.

“The new job opportunities, primarily customer service roles, will support a new line of business supporting a leading provider of vehicle and driver safety, security and information services,” TRC said.

Clearly, TRC is on to something with the help and support it provides. With workforce optimization being a key component of so many in the enterprise, it makes sense to leave the ‘heavy lifting’ those who have experience doing so.
