CallScripter has signed a key contract agreement with Consilium for delivering the best consumer service across the Asia Pacific contact center markets. The unified communications company, Consilium will aid CallScripter in enhancing the contact center scripting experience and competence in customer service delivery.

Clients of both the organizations will now be offered the incorporated solutions from CallScripter and Consilium. By ensuring the availability of the best-in-class and multi-channel contact center solutions across the world, the collaboration will ensure extended presence of the two companies in the Asia Pacific region. Clients will be made aware of contact center scripting by the two companies, thereby aiding decreased average handling time and augmented consumer satisfaction. Clients will also be able to lower the operational expenses and capitalize on agent efficiency.

In a release, Steve Richardson (News - Alert)-Frankton, International partner manager at CallScripter, said, “The Consilium partnership will significantly strengthen CallScripter’s market presence in the region, deliver a great all round customer experience and ensure excellent client support. Additionally, Consilium will bring a wealth of systems integration experience and an enviable track record in successfully delivering enterprise voice and contact center solutions. Consilium is one of the most extensive sales and support organizations of its kind and has provided complex solutions to the international contact center market – and its experience of deploying Cisco and Genesys (News - Alert)-based contact centre solutions is unparalleled.”

The incorporated solutions from the two organizations will offer reliable multi-channel and multi-lingual communications instantaneously. Apart from offering a tracking and reporting suite, the solutions will offer a sophisticated inbound and outbound scripting workflow process. Customers will be able to measure performance by using the agent-customizable dashboards, which will provide information regarding live call management. The solutions’ open architecture ensures incorporation with third party free applications in a simplified manner.

Pramod Ratwani, founder and CEO at Consilium Software, said, “Delivering compelling state of the art unified communications solutions to customer delight is core to Consilium’s vision. Our partnership with CallScripter strengthens our commitment to customers and prospects, and we are excited to leverage our Asia Pacific presence, engineering expertise and CallScripter solution set to further enhance customer experience.”
