SaaShr Introduces New Referral Program for Benefits Industry
SaaShr, a provider of software as a service (SaaS (News - Alert))-based workforce management platform, has started a new referral program for companies that sell group and voluntary insurance products.
Through this program, SaaShr plans to give an opportunity to these companies to connect to its network of service provider partners that focus on introducing enterprise-level workforce management suite to the small and midsize business (SMB) market.
Under a private-label model, SaaShr has been providing time and attendance, human resources, and payroll applications to small and midsize businesses through a network of service providers. Its partners also have widespread experience working with agencies, brokers, and other groups in the benefits industry.
By initiating the new referral program, SaaShr is allowing benefit providers to work with its channel partners, who will give access to a full spectrum of workforce management solutions, while restructuring these groups' internal operations and making them more profitable and efficient.
In addition, benefit providers have the opportunity to collect more revenue from clients by
referring their clients to a dedicated SaaShr partner. They can also help clients with the Affordable Care Act through ACA Manager, a solution intended to provide proactive management of an ACA compliance strategy across an entire workforce.
Apart from these assistances, the benefits community also get a preference to work directly with SaaShr, and become part of the nationwide network of service providers reselling its workforce management suite.
Zachary Untracht, senior director, SMB Partner Channel, SaaShr said, “The benefits industry has been constantly evolving in the past few years – no longer can brokers and related benefit providers get by with simply providing access to benefit plans. They will either need to provide clients with the end-to-end workforce-related services they’re looking for directly or accomplish this indirectly by creating partnerships with third parties, and we’re providing the benefits community with both options.”
SaaShr has now enhanced its workforce management suite to offer deeper configuration options for both the partner channel and their clients.Edited by Cassandra Tucker
