Aspect Software Partner TantaComm to Launch TantaComm Manage, Powered by Aspect Workforce Management
TantaComm Manage, a workforce management suite that is powered by Aspect (News - Alert) Workforce Management, has been released by Aspect Software and TantaComm.
TantaComm Manage has been built with a multi-skill architecture to meet the demands of the most sophisticated global contact center. With this release, Manage has become TantaComm’s (News - Alert) fifth product suite in a set of solutions for contact center optimization including Capture for call and screen recording, Protect for security and compliance, Evaluate for quality monitoring, and Centralize for consolidating operations in the cloud. It allows you to forecast labor and workload demand, define and assign schedules to meet business objectives.
TantaComm Manage helps contact center operators to have the right resources based on call volumes, agent availability and skills and helps plan and manage the performance of inbound, outbound and blended staffing resources across all customer channels.
