Talygen Enhances Workforce Management Solution to Address Diverse Workforce Needs
With mobility being a necessity for any workforce today, companies are looking at ways to enhance its efficiency. Workforce management is especially crucial for managing the day-to-day tasks of employees including part-time, flex-time, off-site and contract employees.
Talygen, a provider of business management automation solutions, has announced the expansion of its advanced Human Resource Management module in a bid to further help companies effectively manage their workforce.
The new features allow companies to manage attendance, leaves, overtime and project planning of all types of workforces including mobile, work-from-home, off-site, contract and full-time employees in an effective manner.
Talygen’s workforce management solution is flexible and gives managers the ability to set up custom shifts and locations. As a result, managers can enable employees to work in nontraditional shifts, hours and locations. Part-time and flex-time employees have the ability to see their own hours and are able to communicate those hours seamlessly. Some of the features like Time Tracking, Cloud Storage, Message Boards, CRM, Ticketing, Invoicing and Screen Shots allow business owners and managers to quickly access information they need to run their business effectively.
Other benefits include the ability for businesses to organize their projects and track the utilization of available resources. They can also keep tabs on progress and performance of resources in real time while also getting updates on project status, including the tracking of an employee’s time.
The newest Talygen version of SaaS (News - Alert) application works with all major browsers on PCs and Macs as well as all major tablets. The core Talygen application needs no installation as it is a pure web based application and will work with any modern internet enabled browser.
Talygen also offers optional desktop solutions for companies wanting OS specific features like screen capture.
