Goodwill Industries Selects Data Financial's Workforce Management System
With WFM tools like speech analytics and call recording, and businesses around the globe, like Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, can discover the best way to deliver exactly what the customer wants.
A company that has recently reaped the benefits of WFM is Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, which has selected Data Financial, a provider of employer workforce management (WFM) technologies, to help improve its performance levels. Under the agreement between the two companies, Data Financial will provide the hardware, software and support services for 70 Goodwill locations in Kentucky.
The partnership will leverage Data Financial’s DF in-Time System to help Goodwill integrate existing databases with payroll, benefits and HR-related applications in a single software solution.
“The challenge of building a productive workforce has never been greater than now and the ability to manage and track that workforce with superior intelligence is critical,” said Jon Tarcin, Data Financial’s general manager of the company’s Time & Attendance division.
The DF TimeCard Express is a time and attendance system designed to meet the needs of small organizations that require an economical system that can be rapidly deployed and easily used, the company said.
“Optimizing schedule assignments, forecasting needs, and monitoring the entire process demands a nimble and strategic system,” Tarcin added. “Equally important is our ability to offer a mobile application for an evolving work force. The solutions we offer allow management to use technology to collect data on their workforce, regardless of geography, environment or the hardware device.”
Data Financial’s Time & Attendance division delivers workforce management solutions to meet the demands of a modern workforce. The company faces tough competition from workforce scheduling software providers like Monet Software. Monet’s workforce management software solutions target the call center industry and provide key features such as forecasting, scheduling, intra-day management and more.
“At the most basic level, our workforce management solutions offer our users increased efficiencies, accuracy, and resolution with compliance issues,” said Jim Holtz, Data Financial, president and CEO, in a statement.
