Ventana Research Educates Organizations About Human Capital Analytics
Ventana Research is set to educate organizations on human capital analytics through a new benchmark research that will provide readers with a broad-based, authoritative analysis of the use of, and interest in human capital analytics. Ventana Research notes the growing need of human capital analytic capabilities for businesses as today human capital management including workforce management has become linked to business performance.
Even though human capital analytics are important for an organization’s growth, many companies find it difficult to invest time and resources in such analytics. This research will assess the use of analytics technology to improve outcomes in the use of an organization's human capital.
"We designed the research to identify trends, the current state of maturity and best practices in the use of human capital analytics," said Stephan Millard, VP & research director at Ventana Research, in a statement.
The survey is based on an investigation of how human capital analytics can be applied in a variety of human capital processes such as employee engagement and retention. Additionally, readers of this report will also know how using these analytics will result in better management options and help align the actions of employees with organization’s goal.
"Our business analytics research found 80 percent of organizations felt that that applying analytics is important or very important," said Tony Cosentino, VP and research director of Ventana Research. "This benchmark research will examine the extent in which organizations are utilizing these types of analytics to make improvements and provide education that can shorten the time and risk of investing into human capital analytics."
Ventana Research was recently in news for releasing its Benchmark Research, The Unified Agent Desktop and the Customer Experience.
