Genpact Drives Workplace Efficiency with Kronos Workforce Management Solutions

Kronos (News - Alert), a provider of workforce management solutions including time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, HR and payroll, hiring, and labor analytics, announced that Genpact (News - Alert), a provider of business process and technology management solutions, has selected Kronos solutions to drive efficiencies at the workplace and control costs.

Precisely, Genpact uses the workforce management solution to run time and absence management processes for many of its employees in multiple countries. Kronos workforce management solution helps Genpact control labor costs, minimize compliance risks and improve workforce productivity.

Kronos has also integrated to Genpact's deployment of an Oracle (News - Alert) HR and payroll system for seamless management of employee data.

Genpact also uses Kronos time clocks in its Philippines and U.S. locations.

"We have been very happy with the Kronos solution in making our employee time management processes more efficient, effective, and standardized,” said Sanjeev Prasad, chief information officer, Genpact, in a statement. “We look forward to deploying Kronos in additional countries, thus enhancing our workforce management operations across many more geographies."

Genpact has deployed the solution across multiple countries including India, the Philippines, and the U.S. The company also plans to roll out Kronos to additional 10 countries in Asia and Europe.

"Genpact's relationship with Kronos and successful deployment across multiple countries including India is a great example of Kronos' global reach,” said James Thomas, country manager, Kronos India, in a statement. “Not only does it represent a deployment of significant scale with nearly 43,000 employees using it, but also represents a great proof point for the value Kronos brings to the table in emerging markets such as India.”

Earlier in June Kronos announced that Croma, the electronics Megastore of Tata Enterprise, has chosen workforce management solutions from Kronos Incorporated to manage its workforce. Among the solutions picked by Croma include time and attendance and absence management solutions.
