VoIPInnovations Addresses Top Wholesale VoIP Challenges

By Stefania Viscusi, Assignment Desk Editor

Wholesale VoIP providers are faced with a number of challenges in today’s marketplace as they fight to maintain viability and hold on to their customers.

To address the top challenges faced by VoIP resellers, Pittsburgh, Pa.-based VoIPInnovations released a white paper titled “RESELLING VOIP: The Top 10 Challenges,” earlier this year.

The white paper addresses challenges associated with long-term contracts, multi-vendor relationships, a lack of flexibility and redundancy and more.

In light of these challenges, the company said their goal is to partner with resellers for long term success and to help avoid these challenges along the way.

VoIPInnovations offers a footprint across 48 states in the U.S. and is adding rate centers to their infrastructure regularly.

Also, to provide the flexibility businesses need, the company offers their services with no long term contracts or high minimums and includes real-time DID activation for an advantage over the competition.

Earlier this year, the company took part in ITEXPO West where executives were on hand to preview their wholesale voice-over-IP services.

In an interview with TMC (News - Alert), Josh Lucas, Director of Marketing at VoIPInnovations said that as a result of the current economic scenario, the company plans to continue to invest in their infrastructure to “ultimately provide the best possible service to our customers, and are more careful about our purchasing decisions.”
