In a bid to make it easier for businesses to increase productivity and profitability from their online content, Onstream Media
has introduced a new full service Web publishing solution for their Digital Media Services Platform (DMSP).
The new offering will allow business users to aggregate, automate, and simplify workflows – reducing time wasted on administrative tasks and leaving more room to focus on content creation and monetization.
Onstream Media Corporation is a service provider of live and on-demand webcasting solutions, webinars and Web and audio conferencing services. The company boasts a clientele of almost half of the Fortune 1000 companies and 78 percent of Fortune 100 CEOs and CFOs who have used their services.
The new Streaming Publisher offering is an all-in-one, Web-based publishing solution. With the offering, business users are able to easily upload, manage transcode, syndicate and report on multiple rich media assets.
This latest offering is part of the upgraded version of the company’s Digital Media Services Platform (DMSP) which offers customers cost effective tools for Internet content.
Key features of the publishing solution include the ability to upload content in seconds, transcode media from one format to another, quickly create RSS feeds and develop customized Flash player videos, among a host of other features.
Not only does the new offering make it easier to add rich media content, but it also provides support for companies who are now trying to rank on search engines that have switched their methodologies and are placing higher value on Web sites with rich media content.
"Streaming Publisher takes the traditional disparate and time-consuming patch-work out of maximizing your various digital media assets by centralizing and automating the functions into one highly-intuitive and easy-to-use tool," said Randy Selman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Onstream Media Corporation.
"At a time when budgets are being constrained, businesses are looking for bundled solutions like this that reduce over-lapping technology costs and streamline workflows - from creation and distribution to management and reporting."
