Businesses with VoIP systems enjoy the benefit of a myriad of communication features standard phone lines just can’t provide, such as audio and video conferencing, call recording, unified email and messaging, and more. But what about billing? Oftentimes, billing systems are added on separately and are not always seamlessly compatible with a company’s existing VoIP system. With CooBill, this is no longer an issue.
ZYCOO recently announced the availability of its latest solution, the CooBill Billing System, which was designed to integrate with the company’s CooVox Series IP Phone (News - Alert) Systems. This means that companies already using ZYCOO’s VoIP system will be able to smoothly transition in this new add-on software. It offers companies strict enterprise-level account management so that users can regain full control over their financial transactions across the IP network.
The main purpose of CooBill is, of course, to assist enterprises with the management of their telecommunication billing processes. To help do this, the software grants users access to detailed account lists of daily calls, making it much easier to process bills for customers. One of the perks of having billing software that integrates with an existing VoIP system is that it can be used to check billing for every phone extension, recharge for selected extensions, and more. CooBill can do all of this once it is integrated with CooVox, as well as offer companies’ customers flexible payment options like Prepay and Postpay.
CooBill is what ZYCOO refers to as value-added software. While it is purchased separately as an additional feature to a system, it is specifically designed for interoperability. The benefit of value-added software is that a company doesn’t have to front the money for a huge software package right away, but rather can slowly add software on a needs-only basis. For companies with tight budgets or those simply looking to save some cash, installing a VoIP system like CooVox, and then layering on the systems it needs is a tailored and cost-effective way to get the services necessary to get the job done.
