Phybridge (News - Alert), a provider of voice over IP solutions infrastructure, recently announced a new distribution partnership with value-added IT distributor Allnet.Italia S.p.A.
Phybridge PoLRE switches are designed to remove network barriers and enable enterprises with legacy TDM phone systems to migrate to IP Telephony. They optimize local area network (LAN) for convergence and deliver Ethernet and Power over a single pair of wire.

These switches promise to transform existing voice infrastructure into an IP network with power and are best suited for use by hosted providers who want to remove the complications of deploying IP phones.

According to the company, Phybridge solutions are applicable across a range of vertical sectors including hospitality, education, healthcare, government and distributed enterprise. .

In October last year Phybridge signed a similar deal with Novus, which is now marketing Phybridge’s networking switch to small businesses that want to get into VoIP. In the same month it formed alliance with Black Box (News - Alert) Corporation, a communications system integrator, to eliminate network barriers for migrating to IP telephony and unified communications.
