Voipswitch Facilitating Rapid VoIP Roll Out

While the Voipswitch software platform has been designed to allow for rapid VoIP roll out, it also contains those elements required for the implementation of various VoIP services.
 
Voipswitch, from London-based applications development Voiceserve Inc., is a custom modular all-in-one VoIP management platform licensing solution for resellers delivering VoIP airtime minutes bundled with features including virtual numbers, direct dial, Web callback, call forwarding, IP-PBX (News - Alert) and mobile softphone technology. Voiceserve recently won a 2009 NGN Leadership Award from NGN Magazine, a TMC (News - Alert) publication.

 
The VoIP platform solutions designed to help operators deliver secure services that are fully interoperable with other IP telephony standards and systems. It contains all the necessary elements required for successful implementation with multiple VoIP modules and features beneficiary to both the consumer and supplier.
 
Features include: scalable softswitch with integrated billing; Class 5 features with a calling card platform with IP IVR including pin or pinless scenarios; a callback solution supporting all types of triggering methods, for example, SMS, missed call, Web call back, and a Web callshop interface, according to the company.
 
In addition it provides a Web self-care portal for end users and support for Online payments; SMS features for both wholesale and retail services, using http, SIP and SMPP protocols; Mobile SIP for Symbian (News - Alert), Windows Mobile and Iphone users. All features are integrated with VoIP tunneling.
 
The platform is designed for: Wholesale termination carriers; Retail internet telephone service providers: Internet providers including WiFi and WiMAX (News - Alert) operators extending their offer by adding VoIP; Cable TV networks; incumbent telecoms and GSM providers. 
 
Chris Oglaza, CTO of Voiceserve, said customers can make money on range of services starting with wholesale voice and SMS termination, through calling cards (phone to phone) and all types of callback (ANI, PIN, DID, SMS, Web), to the services offering full replacement of traditional phones, including broadband phone calling, which enables users to benefit from 5 class services.
 
In addition, Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Service Providers can enhance their offer by adding softphone/communicator with SIP, instant messenger and other  functionalities, according to Voiceserve. 

All services can be offered through resellers who can manage their end-users accounts, rates sheets, see reports, active calls and more via web interface.
