Voiceserve is a software platform provider catering to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) users and the global telecom market. Voiceserve has received the award for its Voipswitch IP-PBX, a custom, modular all-in-one VoIP management platform licensing solution for resellers.
Equipped with multiple VoIP modules and features, the platform enables rapid service roll-out even in a complex environment and Voiceserve has developed the ability to include a Mobile dialer within the IP-PBX module of the Voipswitch. With this feature, it is possible for enterprises located at a distance to be virtually close within the IP-PBX framework.
"Voipswitch's focus on providing the industry with a broad, reliable, advanced and robust range of VOIP communication services can be seen in the latest product award announced today," said Dr. Chris Oglaza, CTO Voiceserve Inc. "This additional feature, coupled with our Mobile Dialers and Softphones continue to strengthen our position as the industry leader in soft-switches globally."
