The Vtone MSP Billing was developed after consulting with their partners and determining the number one pain point was billing. By leveraging the ConnectWise Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution and the speed and simplicity it provides for agreement billing, partners have gotten rid of the problems associated with previous solutions.

With this billing solution partners will be able to use the administrative interface of their clients and handle support and troubleshooting operations. Additionally it provides a customized user Web interfaces and allows billing directly for: numbers (DIDs), trunks, long distance minutes, toll free minutes, flat rate minutes, phone systems and phones.
VirtualTone offers dedicated, hosted voice over internet protocol (VoIP) communications and internet solutions to a global customer base. The company uses a cloud based computing technology for its communication solutions giving its customers more flexibility and freedom compared to PBX (News - Alert) platforms.
