Tone’s voice management solution is a comprehensive service assurance platform that is catered toward the managed service provider and enterprise to help them proactively manage VoIP QoS, SIP Trunks, and UC network performance to meet their service level agreements, increase operations efficiency, lower costs, and drive higher communications ROI. As of today, the application is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office 8.0, using the Avaya IP Office SNMP interface to collect, store, and present alarm information through the ReliaTel alarm monitoring screen.

But for the voice management provider, the latest accolade is icing on the cake.
