“Enterprises with high customer service commitments know that distribution operations are integral to their value proposition, and they are increasingly demanding real time tools,” said Keith Phillips, Voxware CEO, in a statement.
“With VoxPilot, management not only has instant visibility into ongoing work, but also the power to immediately shift priorities and correct problems,” Phillips added. “VoxPilot closes a gap between information and action, giving enterprises a powerful tool to meet and exceed their customers' expectations."

Recently, TMCnet reported about voice management solution ReliaTel from Tone Software (News - Alert). The software offers managed service providers (MSPs) a common solution that can be used across the entire client base; eliminates the need for multiple proprietary tools and closes the gaps between data-centric tools and voice only tools; integrates with existing OSS tools, ticketing, and NMS; and helps consolidate the “patchwork” of fragmented tools that drag down operational efficiency and jeopardize service level agreements.
