TelStrat will present Engage Unity, and Tone Software is set to announce its ReliaTel VoIP QoS and Service Assurance solution.
911 Cell Phone Bank is expected to introduce a simplified wireless device recycling program. 911 Enable will intro the release of its version 3.3 of the Emergency Gateway (EGW) appliance to automate and simplify E911 management. SoftLoc from 911 ETC is now compatible with Mac operating system, and Aastra (News - Alert) will unveil a new collaboration solution.
Alcatel-Lucent will offer a peak at its new Visual Communications Suite, and Apparent Networks will introduce FlowView to the integrated PathView Cloud suite of VoIP/Unified Communications remote performance management solutions.
Avtex is set to announce new contact center optimization tools, and Bucher + Suter will intro the Multi Channel Adapter for Siebel.
Calabrio plans to unveil an all new design of its Web 2.0-based Calabrio ONE workforce optimization software suite, while Carousel Industries and Vantage Healthcare Network will embark on a $3 Million, multi-site integration using Avaya (News - Alert) Aura Unified Communications. A new UC product for voice management will be unveiled by ClearOne, and CosmoCom plans to announce a broad social media integration support for contact centers.
The general availability of the Verint Call Recording, Quality Management and Analytics SaaS offering will be announced by Echopass, and Integrated Research will announce real-time monitoring for Avaya Aura and Cisco (News - Alert) SIP platforms, as well as Cisco TelePresence monitoring.
Interwork Technologies, will showcase Ingate's SIParator that enables secure SIP Trunking to the Enterprise and Verba's call recording and quality management platform for unified communications. The ION SA503 Service Access Point will be debuted by ION Networks. Metropolis Technologies will announce the release of its AgentWatch call center management software for Avaya IP Office PBXs.
