Quintum Technologies, a leading innovator in VoIP technologies, is pleased to announce that it was ranked number 77 on the 2005 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, a ranking by Deloitte of the fastest growing technology companies in North America.
Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years, from 20002004. Quintum attributes its 3,319 percent revenue growth to its focus on addressing the needs of its customers while providing products with unparalled features and quality assurance.
Cheng Chen, Quintums CEO, credits Quintums exceptional revenue growth over the past five years to our commitment to our customers, and the quality that is put into our Tenor line of MultiPath switches and gateways. He said, Quintums employees are dedicated to the vision that VoIP is changing the way we all communicate, and we are very proud of our success.
"Making the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 is commendable in todays highly competitive technology industry," said Tony Kern, deputy national managing principal of Deloittes Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry practice. "We congratulate Quintum on being one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America."
The Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloittes 15 regional North American Fast 50 lists, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research. To qualify for the Fast 500, entrants must have had 2000 operating revenues of at least $50,000 USD or $75,000 CD for the United States and Canada, respectively, and 2004 operating revenues of at least $1 million USD or CD. Entrants must be headquartered in North America and must be a technology company, defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.
Because the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 measures sustained revenue growth over five years, being one of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America is an impressive achievement, said Tony Kern. Quintum deserves a lot of credit for its remarkable growth.
Quintums Tenor VoIP MultiPath VoIP access solutions are designed for traditional, IP-PBX and hybrid enterprise environments, as well as for service providers deploying VoIP-based services directly to enterprises requiring customer premise equipment at the edge. Tenors unique Multipath design allows VoIP to be easily supported into existing circuit-based PBX and IP-PBX voice networks. Tenors unique MultiPath architecture makes it the easiest VoIP solution to deploy in the industry requiring no changes to the PBX or by the users. These same characteristics have made it a favorite among service providers requiring Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) deployed to the enterprise.
