Endstream has acquired SunHouse Telecom, a provider of wholesale and direct international termination. 

'By adding this strong base of international direct routes to our growing domestic interconnections business we continue to expand our reach in the global market, creating value in our customers' relationships with Endstream,' said Erik Levitt, CEO, Endstream, in a statement.

Levitt said that in addition to strengthening the company's existing direct relationships in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Brazil and Poland, the SunHouse portfolio enhances wholesale calling card and residential Class V offering.

He said that the synergies between the two businesses are apparent immediately, and the company is already closing new business that would not have been possible prior to the acquisition.

Jonathan Fuchs, the managing partner of SunHouse, will join the Endstream management team as the VP of carrier relations.
