The WinCable billing & provisioning solutions from Great Lakes Data Systems, Inc. (GLDS) have been deployed by the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe in Akwesasne, NY, to support its broadband expansion.

GLDS’ SuperController enterprise billing and subscriber management will provision St. Regis’ double-play services over FTTH, and Service Provisioning Gateway (News - Alert) (SPG) for automated voice provisioning.
GLDS’ WinForce tech will ensure St. Regis’ field technicians enjoy more power while the CableAnytime solution will be in charge of Web-based customer self-care. St. Regis will also use GLDS’ WinVoIP for call detail record billing and WinPay for automated payment processing and more.
These WinCable solutions are said to be more intuitive, offering greater operational control and are less restrictive than other systems available. They are also integrated with a direct provisioning feature that enables efficient triple play service delivery and removes the need for multiple disparate systems which in turn paves the way for easy management of Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) network.
