In a recent podcast featuring Thomas Beck, director of marketing and business development at Teo, a provider of a vast portfolio of VoIP solutions, Beck stated that the company helps solve multiple communication problems faced by a large majority of companies by making it extremely easy for organizations to empower their workforce, whether in the office from anywhere in the world. Taking away a lot of the difficulty and complications that IT departments have had to overcome, Teo makes leveraging VoIP solutions as streamlined and as easy as possible.
Echoing this notion, as more companies see the many benefits associated with implementing VoIP solutions such as ease of use, a new report is claiming that the elimination of traditional landlines in favor of the most up-to-date voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) solutions is becoming increasingly popular.
According to WhichVoIP, a website that provides users with reviews on all of the biggest unified communication systems, around 75 percent of all international communications are hosted by VoIP solutions as opposed to outdated traditional lines.
A huge benefit of utilizing a VoIP solution is also a reduction in the maintence required. Due to the fact that these systems offer a high degree of scalability, users aren’t required to perform updates or purchase any other costly equipment.
Additionally, the survey revealed that in future 80 percent of respondents revealed the price of the technology will remain their number one focus and more than 60 percent revealed they are interested in any value-adding features that could be attached to the solutions, the piece stated.
Speaking about the recently released research, Mike Bragg, chief financial officer at the website, stated, "This is real data from customers telling us what they would like from providers -- not only in terms of service, but also in terms of the sales process. Business VoIP service providers who seek business customers can benefit greatly from the information our survey revealed."
If you company is still resisting transitioning to a VoIP solutions infrastructure, take a closer look at the overwhelming advantages your organization will see including reduced costs, increased efficiency and a much easier way to stay connected with all divisions of a company.
