By Anshu Shrivastava, TMCnet Contributor
Cloud communications provider Telcentris has announced the availability of its white label solution, an end-to-end managed wholesale VoIP enablement platform that offers customers a complete suite of services and robust back-end infrastructure.
The white label solution is designed to provide interconnects, ILECs, CLECs, ITSPs, and entrepreneurs a plug-and-play environment. Company officials said that this enables them to set up a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) company in a matter of weeks with little upfront investment.
Noting that the demand for VoIP continues to grow as consumers and businesses shift from traditional telephony to Internet-based phone services due to cost and feature considerations, Bryan Hertz, CEO at Telcentris (News - Alert), said that the white label solution equips customers with the portfolio of a full-fledged VoIP provider, but none of the expensive infrastructure or maintenance cost requirements.
The company is providing this turnkey white label VoIP solution to indirect sales channels via its Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program. Plus, the company is also offering the platform directly for private labeling.
To their clientele, Telcentris’ white label customers have the option to offer SIP trunking; hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert); carrier services; callback services; and residential landline replacement services.
The company’s white label customers receive fully branded member's portal tailored specifically to each individual business allowing for complete private labelling; administrative portal for managing customer accounts; integrated billing platform with usage tracking,
Additionally, they also receive ramp style minimums catered to each white label customer; and training sessions spanning three days to infuse a level of confidence necessary to being successful in today's VoIP industry.
Telcentris is a provider of cloud-based unified communications and VoIP solutions for consumer, business and wholesale markets. The foundation of the company's offerings is its unified communications platform in the cloud that enables the company and its customers to build scalable applications and services.
Last month, Telcentris introduced a robust instant-quote and contract creation tool, by leveraging sales software platform, MasterStream.
