3CX, a provider of Windows VoIP PBX (News - Alert) 3CX Phone System, announced the appointment of Micro United Networks (MUN) as a 3CX Distributor in South-East Asia.

Micro United already distributes Grandstream products within Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines and other South-East Asian countries. By partnering with MUN, 3CX will be able to promote its 3CX Phone (News - Alert) System in South-East Asia.

As a 3CX Distributor, MUN will bundle together 3CX Phone System and 3CX Preferred Grandstream IP Phones. In addition to supplying 3CX phone system, MUN will also offer full 3CX training and support for all 3CX resellers within South-East Asia.

“With this partnership, we believe we can add true value to our resellers with a unique product offering supplemented by our distribution support activities,” said Sathish Kumar, CEO, Micro United Network (News - Alert).

3CX sees great opportunities in the fast-growing South-East Asian markets. The competitively priced Windows-based VoIP PBX will enable their reseller partners to deliver turnkey VoIP systems and/or design their own custom based communication solution suiting the needs of end customers, company officials said.

“With Micro United’s existing product lineup from Grandstream, NET/Quintum (News - Alert), Genband, & Hypermedia, the inclusion of 3CX will help our dedicated partners to offer an integrated IT platform for voice, data and multimedia to enhance their customers’ productivity and performance goals,” Kumar added.

3CX is already expanding its sales channel in Asia. The company recently added its distributor MVC within the South Asian market. Micro United Networks’ appointment is a major step in covering the South-East Asian markets, company officials said.

The partnership will also benefit Micro United’s existing and potential resellers.

“By combining 3CX and our other product ranges, we are confident that the partnership with 3CX offers our existing and prospective accounts the best business phone system features at just the right price,” said Kumar. “We will be informing our resellers with regards to the various discounts that will be available as well as informing all our partners when our first 3CX Training Event will take place.”

Earlier this year, 3CX announced it has opened an office in Zug, Switzerland, to meet the customer demands in that country.
