Demonstrating its commitment to accessibility, ITP VoIP recently introduced its newly enhanced range of features. The broadband phone company’s enhancements were developed with an eye towards customization and the ability for clients to tailor their accounts to their specific needs.
Officials said that the extended range of features, including a virtual fax line option, call-screening VIP Ring function, and online account management, will make its service even more customizable and friendly for small businesses.
Today, a great number of consumers are turning to IP telephony as an inexpensive and equally dependable alternative to traditional landline services. Keeping this in mind, ITP VoIP is striving to enhance the customizable and business-friendly aspects of its service. The company offers clients a range of inexpensively priced month-to-month plans.
Beginning at only $9.99 per month, the Basic Plan, which comprises one phone line and includes features ranging from unlimited inbound calls, free voicemail, caller ID, call forwarding, call waiting, and three-way calling, comes with the additional bonus of a month of free Voice over IP services.
Virtual Fax plan, clocking in at only $9.99 is one of the new features, which allows startups and internet companies to make the faxing process less cumbersome and more streamlined. Clients, following the VoIP call company’s plan can send and receive faxes entirely over email. The private and secure system can work with almost any local phone service across the country, and finally makes faxing convenient and mobile.
The clients can also choose to have faxes sent to up to three individual email addresses, making the plan an efficient, low-cost, and flexible option, particularly for small business owners.
Other newly enhanced services offered by IP telephony provider ITP VoIP include VIP ring and other call-screening and call-monitoring features. Business owners and individuals, with the help of VIP ring are allowed to select a pre-approved list of contacts from whom they would like to accept calls; any numbers not on that list are greeted with a message that says that the line is currently unavailable.
In related news, ITP VoIP has just released attractive offers to promote its new paperless billing and virtual faxing service to business and residential callers interested in supporting eco-friendly endeavors.
