VoIP services provider My Social Income is allowing resellers to offer MSI's (News - Alert) VoIP services as a white-labeled product by announcing its new reseller plans.

My Social Income notes that MSI will offer a Direct Reseller Plan and a Managed Reseller Plan in contrast to other VoIP reseller plans available in the market today.

Resellers can use the Direct Reseller plan to gain control over their account, to create products, recruit and manage clients, as well as sell their services.

MSI's Managed Reseller Program, emphasizes the company, is an off shoot of MSI's Affinity Network (News - Alert) Partner Services.

"This is exactly in-line with what we have been doing for our partners, except that now we can allow them complete control of the business process,” said John A. Roberts, Jr. MSI's CEO.

“They set their prices, define their own merchant account, their own invoices, but we run the system for them. There is no IT infrastructure required to make this work...we manage all of the accounts. "For direct resellers, it will enable them to respond to their customers more quickly, and create their own business opportunities.”

Elaborating further on the offerings, the company notes that it allows managed resellers to maintain a direct and confidential relationship with their clients, and concentrate solely on their business.

“Whether they choose the Managed or Direct option, it lets Enterprise customers have their own Integrated VoIP Unified Communications (News - Alert) systems with no hardware costs, no maintenance, and it is fully compatible with virtually all existing phone systems. They get great communications, a totally secure network, and they save a bundle,” said Roberts.
