TNCI (News - Alert) Operating Company LLC, an entity shaped by Garrison Investment Group and Blue Casa Telephone, has acquired Trans National Communications International (TCNI).
TNCI Operating Company LLC sealed the merger on Apr 30, 2013.
Company officials said that with the acquisition, Blue Casa Telephone will work the code brand new sister association called TNCI, ensuring that the existing TNCI code and group stays intact, and all points of contacts for commercial operation and email domains will stay the same.

Backbone Capital Advisors LLC, a full-service veteran financing arranger, served as confidant for Blue Casa Telephone in the transaction.
