Telcentris, a cloud communications provider and the creator of VoxOx (News - Alert) and VoxOx In Business, has announced the addition of Data-Max Wireless LLC, who plans to leverage the company’s managed wholesale VoIP enablement platform and robust backend infrastructure to provide a wide range of services to customers nationwide, to its white label VoIP customer roster.
Telcentris (News - Alert) offers white labeling of all Internet telephony services that are sold through its VoxOx In Business division, including: SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX (News - Alert), Hosted Contact Center, as well as carrier services, wholesale SMS, and data services.
Data-Max, operated by Wecom, has traditionally shied away from offering voice services; but, over the past few years, the company observed strong demand for VoIP services from their customers.
In a release, Paul Fleming, COO and VP of Data-Max Wireless and Wecom said, “We did a lot of research before selecting the VoxOx In Business solutions by Telcentris and we found that no other provider offers the breadth of VoIP features coupled with superior customer support, top-notch call quality and competitive pricing.”
According to Fleming, the company smoothly transitioned from its previous voice services provider. By moving to the new platform, customers have experienced voice quality improvements.
The company’s award-winning unified communications service delivery platform is used to power all VoIP solutions in VoxOx In Business division. For the past four consecutive years, INTERNET TELEPHONY Magazine has recognized VoxOx In Business division’s VoIP solutions for product excellence.
Rob Lewis, VP of product management, Telcentris said, “Since launching our white label services in December 2010, we have experienced remarkable interest in this product area, and are excited to have valued customers like Data-Max Wireless signing on for the program.”
According to Lewis, interconnects, carriers, service providers, and entrepreneurs are able to set up a VoIP company in a matter of weeks with little upfront investment using the organization’s white label portfolio. Lewis concluded that the organization is thrilled to see the program take off.
VoxOx In Business’ white label VoIP portfolio can be availed directly from the organization. The organization’s acclaimed Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program also provides this VoIP portfolio.
