VoIP Supply the Leading Company for VoIP Equipment
By David Sims, TMCnet Contributing Editor
Among the fact that VoIP Supply, a leader in VoIP equipment, has delivered solutions to more than 60,000 customers worldwide and offers 2,500 products, VoIP supply also boasts 11 other reasons to do business with them.
So why should you give VoIP Supply a call?
First and foremost, you are getting the best when you choose VoIP supply employees.
“Everyone at VoIP Supply is passionate about what they do and the experience they provide for you. The people here are responsible for our success and the main reason you should be working with us,” company officials argue.
They VoIP equipment is also not a first timer to the industry. Conversely, the leader has also been in business since 2002 and in the VoIP marketplace since 2004. Given the mayfly existence of so many VoIP companies this is a sturdy track record.
Moreover, VoIP is all they do – so they’re pretty good at it.
Another reason to select VoIP Supply is that the VoIP equipment company will answer the phone and return your calls.
They’ve got our business pretty much right there.
“With over 70 employees, there is no need for us to hide behind an email address or online form. We want to speak with you,” company officials explain.
They’re also pro-choice. “One of our founding principles is choice,” they say, adding that with their large online VoIP product catalog, voice and data services they take a “vendor-agnostic approach to suggesting products, allowing you to choose.”
The VoIP equipment company also offers pre and post sale support, and mostly for free.
The company also acknowledges that you may need help configuring your ATA, provisioning an IP Phone (News - Alert) or installing that phone system you just purchased, so the company promises provision, fulfill and install any piece of equipment a customer purchases.
The company also argues that, “We Have A No Hassle Returns Program (And We Made It Customer Friendly).” They had me at “no hassle.”
In other VoIP Supply news, last month TMCnet reported that VoIP Supply announced that its 2011 operating budget for the Reclaim Equipment Buyback Program has increased threefold to $3 million dollars.
A couple of years ago, VoIP Supply announced the introduction of its equipment buyback program called Reclaim. The purpose of the program was to offer customers a channel to sell used or excess VoIP equipment to recoup some of their initial investment or to help offset the cost of their new technology purchases.
