that Noble Solutions, a contact center technology solutions provider, selected its Prosody X signaling and media processing technology to use in its integrated solution suite.
The Noble Solution suite delivers a high power performance predictive dialer and ACD for inbound and outbound contacts. The solutions features open scripting, management, self-service, monitoring, compliance, and broadcast applications contact centers need to serve customers.
“Noble’s global customers were looking to utilize both legacy and new network environments to improve performance, increase productivity and lower costs,” said Chris Gravett, Aculab’s sales and marketing director, in a statement. “With Prosody X, Noble is able to deliver an advanced solution that meets these requirements. Both companies have invested heavily in bringing the value of Prosody X to the Noble user.”
Aculab’s Prosody X media processing boards
are designed for media processing in IP, TDM, or mixed IP/TDM-based networks for developers, integrators and telecommunications equipment manufacturers to implement in communications solutions from small to large enterprises. The company’s Prosody product line provides VoIP and PSTN solution developers with call control signaling, digital network connectivity and advance media processing capabilities.

Earlier this year, technology solution provider D-CAT Technologies announced
it used Aculab’s Prosody X solution when it an IVR platform that was reliable, scalable, and offered real-time performance.
