Contact center solutions provider Amcat announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with Aculab (News - Alert), tapping Prosody X for greater IP functionality and scalability. Amcat customers, can now take advantage all the features of Prosody X as part of Amcat’s Contact Center Suite solution.

 

According to the release, Prosody X’s technology offers double the density of competing products, reducing the total cost per channel for contact centers with easy maintenance.
