Trustin Technology, an aggregator for Ingram Micro (News - Alert), has signed a distribution partnership with SIP Print, SIP-based VoIP call recording provider, to offer its products to its reseller community.
SIP Print (News - Alert)'s VoIP call recording systems are a natural product line extension for VARs and distributors selling and supporting today's leading IP-PBX systems.
Officials with SIP Print said that this relationship creates high margin revenue growth opportunities for Ingram Micro resellers by tapping into the underserved market for call recording solutions for SIP/VoIP phone systems and hybrid systems.
"Trustin is a natural fit for SIP Print, a highly respected aggregator for Ingram Micro, a highly respected distributor throughout the United States delivering an impressive value proposition to its ever-increasing roster of resellers," said Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO and president of SIP Print, in a statement.
Palmer said that the company is pleased to join forces with Trustin in communicating the availability and value of SIP Print's award-winning yet affordable call recording solution for IP communications systems.
He said that their relationships, market coverage and strong support infrastructure will help drive SIP Print's products even deeper into the SME market.
Company officials said that SIP Print's voice recording systems are compatible with mainstream SIP/VoIP phone systems and hybrid systems.
And because SIP Print supports SIP at the communications system level, SIP Print's patent-pending platform can also record advanced functions like voicemail or 'follow-me' calls on mobile phones or other off-premise phone numbers, ensuring endpoint accessibility.
SIP Print claims that it is redefining SIP/VoIP call recording with the industry's first and only affordable systems tailored to small and medium-sized businesses with up to 200 seats per location.
SIP Print says that its appliances offer; easy installation, simple maintenance and operation, and scalability to support the expansion of high-growth SMBs.
