SIP-based VoIP call recording provider SIP Print (News - Alert) has released the latest appliances in its codec offerings. Incorporating the company’s flagship VoIP call recording system, the provider, who has been more than vocal with its feelings on the importance of codes, now offers its customers flexible, scalable and operational capabilities with this codec appliance release.
“SIP Print’s latest release with new Codecs grew out of increasing market demand in the marketplace − across a wide spectrum of industries with strong call recording requirements, such as SIP Trunk Carriers, Hosted VoIP PBX providers, financial services, legal, healthcare, and emergency services,” said Don Palmer (News - Alert), CEO of SIP Print.
By adding these codecs, namelyG.722, G.723 and G.729, users can store information into audio and keep it as a wave file, so that the processes for users is more simplified while still solidifying its ability to produce results.
For the SIP PBX (News - Alert) small to medium sized business, or “SMB,” that SIP Print caters to, this effort will accommodate the needs of the hosting and vendor customers and channel partners as a way to provide high performance call recording across the spectrum of devices and organizations.
According to company officials, the addition of the new codecs is based on direct response from the VoIP call recording provider’s end users, distributors and resellers.
Since codec’s G.729, G.723 and G.722 enable resellers to add value within their vertical market, SIP Print’s customers recognized the increasing importance of the company’s appliances as a way to bring strong value and peace-of-mind with critical call recording applications.
