Interact to Launch Billing and Rating Solution

Interact Incorporated, an enterprise and operator-level provider of hardware, software and support services for Voice XML efficiency and quality, has confirmed that it will release its InvigoratePlus real-time billing software in summer 2010.
InvigoratePlus has been developed for emergent communications operators, and as it succeeds the Invigorate billing and rating engine, it will feature all of its precursor's functionality yet be less overhead intensive. By doing so, it will allow adopters to enjoy the highest levels of configuration alternatives and scalability available today. InvigoratePlus was intended to help Tier 2/3 operators satisfy their exacting requirements for present and/or future diversification strategies and who expect to have to deal with tremendous growth in the future.
InvigoratePlus offers operators the advanced rating solutions they need to implement top next-generation wireless services, as well as carry out innovative marketing campaigns aimed at their particular customer base, whether they be postpaid, prepaid or hybrid combinations. Interact is able to offer a best-of-breed communications solution through its use of virtualization technology and offer reductions in Total Cost of Ownership for back office operators. It is also able to offer the flexibility, features and scalability of the Invigorate engine.

Interact's use of virtualization enables it to give InvigoratePlus the power to help operators significantly reduce their costs.
