Interact's Voice XML Platform Selected by Callvine

Callvine, deliverer of next generation collaboration tools to consumers and mobile professionals, has recently deployed Interact’s SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML Media Platform to support its Group Call & Text app.

The app for iPhone (News - Alert) combines group calling and texting into a single free app. It allows users to text more than a hundred people at once. Users can also group call up to 20 people at the same time using the app. Interact’s SPOT VoiceXML (News - Alert) platform is able to run high and complex call volume applications. It will be able to support Callvine’s new app while processing hundreds of simultaneous calls.


Mark Dzwonczyk, chief operating officer of Callvine stated, “Callvine is using SPOT to stress-test and assure the availability and call quality of our service. Callvine’s operations employ robust, industry-standard best practices. We have to be always on, just like dial-tone, for all of our customers all the time. Using SPOT, assures 24/7 availability.”
