The DIGITALK (News - Alert) Consumer Platform, a next gen network service delivery platform, has received a lot of kudos this fall – most recently receiving the stamp of approval from Look International, a U.S. provider of “SINPIN” PINless calling service.
This week, the company announced that it has selected the DIGITALK Consumer Platform to support its consumer services. Moreover, Look International will be relying on the DIGITALK SBC VoIP peering solution for carrier routing.
A few weeks ago, U.S. service provider Master Call Corporation announced that it enlisted the help of the DIGITALK consumer and voice peering platform to enhance quality-based carrier routing. DIGITALK is a U.K.-based vendor of consumer, carrier and mobile platforms and applications to competitive service providers worldwide.
“We are very excited that we found a solid solution, and from a professional and experienced partner. DIGITALK have delivered confidence throughout, from our initial review to our recent service migration,” Mike Ibrahim, Look International CEO, said.
Thanks to the new partnership, Look International is now operating prepaid retail services on the DIGITALK Consumer Platform, a scalable, high performance, and high availability service delivery platform for prepaid consumer applications, according to company officials. The company has also integrated DIGITALK’s SBC VoIP Peering solution to take advantage of enhanced carrier routing capabilities to boost carrier choice and routing performance.
The solution offers a wide array of benefits including the ability to: control profits through margin-based routing; guarantee quality levels using a range of performance criteria, including ASR, ACD and PDD; and to streamline operations with automated carrier routing updates.
The decision to select DIGITALK solutions was clear after Look International noted the platform’s scalability and stability to improve customer service levels and to support planned business growth. Look International was also confident of DIGITALK’s ability to meet aggressive deployment timescales, in order to fast-track the operations and customer service improvements, officials said.
“We’ve rapidly formed a great relationship with Look International, which we believe is down to our direct and sincere support in finding and delivering the right solution for their pressing needs,” Justin Norris, DIGITALK CEO and co-founder, said. “We hope these are the foundations for a mutually successful long-term partnership.”
