Small business VoIP provider Vocalocity has announced it expanded its online reviews and tutorials to offer site visitors several forms of user-generated content, including written and video testimonials.
The site is visited by several users for its interesting content including online tutorials on a wide range of topics such conference bridges, extension options and settings, fax to email, my inbox voicemail displays and PBX (News - Alert) settings.
Visitors are also offered videos about the business VoIP company on subjects like, “What is a VoIP,” and “What is a Hosted PBX.”
David Politis, executive vice president and general manager, said that the company has begun to roll out a series of online videos in various formats throughout the Web, which is in line with their commitment to provide their clients with a dynamic tutorial atmosphere.
Politis added that they aim to be where their customers and prospects are and deliver information to them in easy-to-understand formats. Their work doesn’t stop here as officials said Vocalocity (News - Alert) intends to continue expanding its video content offering over the next few months.
The economy is now looking up and several organizations have begun to re-evaluate their operating costs and are searching for ways to free themselves from traditional phone systems.
Many companies are using hosted PBX systems such as that of a Vocalocity hosted PBX system that is much easier to maintain, takes up significantly less space and can save 50-85 percent over traditional phone costs.
“The pressure to manage costs without compromising quality is affecting small business more than ever,” said Politis. “This is resulting in many companies examining their business operating costs, including the phone system costs of their current plan. To the busy small business, Vocalocity makes a lot of sense. We make small business VoIP easy -- easy to setup and easy to maintain.”
