Tone Software Intros ReliaTel-Streamline Partner Plus Program for MSP

Tone Software (News - Alert) Corporation, announced today the launch of its ReliaTel-Streamline Partner Plus Program, providing managed service providers (MSPs), integrators, value added resellers (VARs) and channel partners with strategic sales, marketing and engineering support.
 
The company is a provider of end-to-end monitoring and management solutions for converged telecommunications and IT infrastructures. The program is designed to enhance Tone’s ReliaTel-Streamline MSP partners, officials said, to rapidly build managed services revenue through advanced sales and marketing tools and resources which are now provided as a value-add benefit of membership in the Partner Plus program.
 
“The ReliaTel-Streamline Partner Plus Program delivers a wide range of business benefits to our MSP partners,” said Tracey Whitney, director of marketing, Tone Software Corporation. “The co-marketing services help partners achieve greater penetration in their target markets, while the sales tools and technical resources help them better demonstrate the technical and competitive advantages of their ReliaTel-Streamline based managed services to clients—often resulting in higher close rates and more rapid return on investment from their managed services offerings.”
 
MSPs can use ReliaTel-Streamline technologies to provide comprehensive managed services including in-depth management of faults, performance, quality of service (QoS), traffic and network capacity for multi-platform, IP-enabled voice and data environments that support mobility, collaboration and unified communications, company officials said.
 
For MSP partner members, via the ReliaTel-Streamline Partner Plus Program, visibility can be increased within their target markets through joint co-marketing activities, expedite go-to-market processes with brand-able sales materials.
 
“Converging voice infrastructures are creating lucrative remote management opportunities for service providers, integrators and VARs, and these companies are increasingly looking to their technology providers for a partnership that delivers not just a product, but true business support,” commented Whitney. “The ReliaTel-Streamline Partner Plus Program meets this growing need in our partner community, and provides beneficial tools that directly contribute to the business success of Tone’s valued partners.”
 
Partner Plus Program members can access resources through the Web-based ReliaTel-Streamline Partner Resource Portal that hosts customizable collateral, technology presentations and demonstrations, proposal and RFP templates, and sales force battle cards. Company officials said “partners can also benefit from ReliaTel-Streamline co-marketing services, including joint news releases and media activities, client-facing sales event participation, e-mail marketing promotion templates, and case study feature stories and articles.”
