Tone Software's Voice Management Solution Ensures IT, Communications across Diverse Networks

ReliaTel also helps you understand how voice quality and service degradation relate to underlying device issues and use performance metrics important to your business to sustain the quality and capacity of your network, as well as integrate into your existing OSS and BSS platforms.

The company takes the approach of looking at your business services by comprehensively managing and monitoring the entire business-computing infrastructure “across data systems, devices, VoIP and converged networks from virtually any manufacturer,” they say, “providing a clear, multi-dimensional view of your current service levels.”

TMC recently noted that the voice management company is offering ways to get quality assurance for VoIP networks with the ReliaTel VoIP Quality of Service (QoS) Assurance tool – nicely vendor agnostic – to manage VoIP QoS in real-time throughout converged voice environments.

It works from the pre-deployment stages of VoIP roll-out to the ongoing management of real-time converged voice quality and user experience, according to Tone officials, who say “ReliaTel manages the entire life cycle of convergence today – and the advanced communications of tomorrow.”

ReliaTel also offers qualitative VoIP network monitoring and measurement, which is designed to help voice technicians monitor and measure VoIP network operations with standard industry formulas and measures. This helps them see their IP-based service levels clearly, “far beyond typical SNMP-based network management tools can provide,” company officials say.
