Voice Management Company Tone Software Highlights ReliaTel for VoIP Network Assurance

Voice management company Tone Software (News - Alert) is well regarded for its VoIP network assurance products, and company officials recently highlighted some of these products and their advantages. ReliaTel, a solution from Tone Software, is intended to allow businesses to manage the entire VoIP network environment by providing the consolidated management and visibility needed to assure converged voice services are meeting their demands. Touting ReliaTel as a way to accomplish this, company officials say it eliminates gaps and silos in managing VoIP and converged networks, so VoIP services aren’t put at risk, and helps to lower operational costs by using a singular, unified product for converged voice management. The company is offering ways to get quality assurance forVoIP networks with the ReliaTel VoIP Quality of Service (QoS) Assurance tool – nicely vendor agnostic – to manage VoIP QoS in real-time throughout business critical converged voice environments. It works from the pre-deployment stages of VoIP roll-out to the ongoing management of real-time converged voice quality and user experience, according to Tone officials, who say “ReliaTel manages the entire life cycle of convergence today – and the advanced communications of tomorrow.” ReliaTel also offers qualitative VoIP network monitoring and measurement, which is designed to help voice technicians monitor and measure VoIP network operations with standard industry formulas and measures. This helps them see their IP-based service levels clearly, “far beyond typical SNMP-based network management tools can provide,” company officials say. Tone officials are also positioning ReliaTel Analytics as a way to improve the insight and intelligence you can get with your VoIP network.
