Over the past few weeks, California-based open-source VoIP consultancy company CallFire.com has focused its attention on detailing for its users the importance and multiple benefits of its auto dialer for agents in the cloud call center.
And, in direct response from client requests, CallFire has
just launched its International Voice Broadcast services, which – according to company officials – is the largest new feature since the company’s inception.
Previously, the calling campaigns offered by CallFire were limited to United States and Canadian phone numbers. With the new announcement, CallFire now supports nearly anywhere in the world.
“CallFire is now capable of dialing anywhere in the world,” Pete Shah, vice president of Product Development, and lead developer of the International Voice Broadcast, said.
And, set up is easy as well, one, two, three…literally.
First, go to settings, then account settings in the CallFire system and set the international to “true” and press “submit.”
Then, a user needs to enter all phone numbers in the caller spreadsheet, including country codes for all countries – as well as the United States and Canada country code of “1” – and making sure to not include any preceding zeros.
Next, CallFire will dial the International Voice Broadcast campaign just like a normal calling campaign process.
According to Shah, rates vary based on the destination of the calls. However, anywhere from the United Kingdom to India to Ghana, users can now utilize CallFire’s Voice Broadcast campaign to send voice messages to international telephones.
