Cloud telecom solutions provider Zadarma offers virtual phone numbers for both business and consumer use from 100 countries around the world in addition to call tracking options, click-to-call services and free Cloud PBX (News - Alert).

As part of its latest move to help businesses improve their customer interactions, the company has announced the launch of a new CRM system called ZCRM.

Access to the CRM solutions is free along with access to the cloud Zadarma PBX.

In addition to the ability to make free calls to clients and partners across the globe from an easy to use interface, users also get access to recordings of the interactions, access to notes and documents and lead creation for phone calls that are coming in and out.

With an organized, easy to access platform, it’s easier to maintain and build relationships.

This new CRM offering makes call recording, IVR, call forwarding, auto responses and a free business phone system available to users so their communications with clients are always top-notch.

The company also announced today the addition of its sixth language option for its interface. Now German users can take advantage of the free offering and robust features offered in their own native language.

Earlier this year the company made news headlines when it announced it would be waiving connection and monthly fees for toll-free numbers in North America. Company officials touted the increased access would provide users with an advantage needed in today’s highly competitive business landscape and help to build better relationships with customers.
