IT consulting company Spearhead Group Inc., which focuses on helping businesses choose the best managed IT and telecom services, has been selected as a Master Agent by 8x8 (News - Alert).

As per the partnership, the company’s agents will be providing 8x8’s X Series Solutions to medium-sized and enterprise businesses as well as its other competitive UCaaS, CCaaS and video solutions.

The 8x8 Channel Program provides an opportunity for businesses to offer communication and collaboration benefits for their employees and improve the services provided to their customers.

With 8x8’s global cloud communications platform, it’s possible for partners to take 8x8 solutions to market via a Reseller/Wholesaler, Affiliate/Dealer, Master Agent, Subagent or Referral partnership.

So far in 2019, the company’s channel program has added hundreds of new partners and grown its marketing and booking investments.

In a bid to further expand the offerings it provides to the channel, 8x8 also recently introduced its Elev8 Partner Program and PartnerXchange portal, to make it easy to manage all 8x8-related business and get support that will further drive sales of 8x8 solutions.
