Phone.com Joins Voice Summit 19 Speaking Faculty

Next month Voice Summit 2019 will take place at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Running from July 22-25, the Amazon Alexa sponsored event is the world’s largest voice-first affair offers a four day deep dive into the innovation at hand in voice.


Phone.com CEO Ari Rabban and CTO Alon Cohen (News - Alert) accepted invitations to join the Newark, New Jersey based event’s speaking faculty. The Phone.com executives will be offering insight in a couple sessions during the week.

On Tuesday, July 23 at 1pm Cohen will be joined by SecondMind Labs’ Kul Singh for the session “Telephony VoiceAI: The untold, untapped opportunity for ROI & Mass Adoption.” The duo will explore a number of use cases for AI in business communications.

Rabban takes the Voice Summit 19 stage on Thursday, July 25 at 1pm for the panel discussion, “How Voice Is Empowering the SMB Markets.”  As a VoIP trailblazer, Rabban is in a unique position possessing vast expertise on not only VoIP technology but the SMB market, as well. The conversation will dive into implementing best practice for AI, data organization, optimization and user experience.
