Bandwidth IPO Incoming

And, coming soon (The week of November 6) Bandwidth intends to go public by offering four million shares in a price range of $20-22.

Its bread and butter includes: Click-to-call, click-to-text, create a contact center, integrated text messaging, embedded 9-1-1 calling, automatic phone # porting, voice and messaging for the Internet of Things (IoT). The buffet of offerings makes the platform quite attractive for businesses of all sizes – from customer service and engagement, to the IoT and the potential it holds.

It will list on the Nasdaq exchange using the symbol BAND, the upcoming weeks will prove very telling for the communications software provider. Customizable, engaging communications solutions are highly in demand; quickly becoming a staple amidst this phase of digital transformation. And, Bandwidth intends to serve the market well in delivering on expectations.
